GSPECX Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to return eligible items.
  • Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, and in new, saleable condition (exactly as received).
  • Returns must be shipped back within those 30 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gamakatsu does not offer free returns.
  • Refunds will be issued after the return is received and inspected.
  • If we receive a pair of glasses that are not in the conditions stated above, we will refuse the return.

GSPECX Warranty Policy

1) Gamakatsu GSPECX sunglasses carry a two-year limited warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. The warranty does not cover damage such as scratches, cracks or hinge or frame damage caused by accident, alteration, improper care, normal wear and tear or negligence (Out of Warranty Damage).

2) All warranty claims need proof of purchase to submit a warranty for manufacturing defects. If your pair of Gamakatsu GSPECX sunglasses fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it without charge. If Gamakatsu chooses to replace your sunglasses then Gamakatsu may replace it with an equivalent style if your original style is no longer available or Gamakatsu may offer you a credit towards purchase of a replacement.

3) Gamakatsu GSPECX sunglass warranty applies only to products sold through Gamakatsu and SPRO website or authorized distributors or retailers. The limited two-year warranty does not apply to products bought second-hand or through aftermarket or unauthorized dealers.

GSPECX Replacement (Non-Warranty) Policy

  • Gamakatsu GSPECX sunglasses carry a two-year one-time replacement option from date of purchase for damages not covered by the warranty listed above.
  • Damage such as scratches, cracks or hinge or frame damage caused by accident, alteration, improper care, normal wear and tear or negligence that is not covered under warranty will be eligible for our GSPECX replacement policy.
  • Gamakatsu GSPECX replacement policy allows customers to purchase a replacement pair one-time at 50% off retail if the damage is determined to be not covered under warranty. If Gamakatsu chooses to replace your sunglasses then Gamakatsu may replace them with an equivalent style if your original model is no longer available.
  • Gamakatsu GSPECX sunglass replacement policy applies only to products sold through Gamakatsu and SPRO website or authorized distributors or retailers. The two-year replacement policy does not apply to products bought second-hand or through aftermarket or unauthorized dealers.

Repair Photo Requirements

Submitted photos must clearly show the problem area. Please provide close-up, well-lit solid background images of the affected lens or frame. Photos of unrelated areas or distant shots do not allow us to evaluate the issue and may delay processing. Photos should be PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC.
